After growing up in construction, Lance Calvert (owner of RCS) became aware of facility management after a service request from a facility management company in 1999. After that, Lance's path to building his own national facility management company began. With many years of experience in commercial interior build-out and remodeling, maintaining and repairing multi-location commercial locations was now his expertise.

Lance continued servicing the repair needs of retailers and restaurant chains throughout the metro Atlanta, GA area by himself. With no office staff, Lance took every customer phone call and completed paperwork late into the evenings. After a few years he was able to hire a couple of field techs, then was afforded the time to staff and train an office team. RCS went on to support large multi-location customers - serving them in almost every capacity of maintenance and repair throughout the southeastern United States. After 15+ years, Lance says that he and his staff are quite seasoned but still growing every day. He's very proud of his staff and the many vendor partners who have been so loyal throughout the years. With a new major retailer corporation coming on-board in 2015, Lance notes "we are breathing fresh air and are grateful for the opportunities that we are experiencing right now".

RCS has a life time of experience in all types of commercial construction and more specifically managing services in the industry of facility maintenance for multi location retailers. While the industry trends continue to change and evolve RCS has only grown more confident in our concept of
