The RCS Story

After growing up in construction, Lance Calvert (owner of RCS) became aware of facility management after receiving a service request for a major retailer in 1999. Soon after, Lance's path to building a national facility management company began. After years in commercial build-out and remodels, Lance set his sights on being an expert in repairs for multi-location retailers and restaurants.

Lance continued servicing the repair needs of retailers and restaurant chains throughout the metro Atlanta, GA area. Lance took every customer phone call and completed paperwork late into the evenings. After a few years he was able to hire a couple of field techs, then was afforded the time to staff and train an office team. RCS went on to support large multi-location customers - serving them in almost every capacity of maintenance and repair throughout the United States. After 15+ years, Lance says that his staff is quite seasoned and very dedicated to customers. He's very proud of his staff and the many vendor partners who have been so loyal throughout the years. Lance notes: "We are grateful and humbled by the opportunities that we are experiencing right now".
